Role overview:
A Performance Marketing Specialist will help plan and execute our SEM and Paid Social strategies. A Performance Marketing Specialist would be responsible for making regular adjustments to bids, campaigns, and targeting to optimize for ROI.  You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to increase results.


  • Conduct periodical keyword research and search term analysis for new opportunities.
    Optimization of existing PPC campaigns to ensure good ROI.
  • Perform day to day account maintenance.
  • Set up Conversion tracking using tools such as tag manager, google analytics, hubspot, etc
  • Create Reports to track KPIs, and assess performance.
  • Running experiments on both Google Ads and Landing pages to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing B2B lead generation campaigns on Linkedin.
  • Run campaigns and experiments across multiple audiences and cohorts to derive the best results.
  • Manage multiple audience sets inside Linkedin and derive the winning audience sets or cohorts. 


  • 5-8+ years of experience in Paid Search managing annual budgets of $1M USD and above.
  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Social, predominantly in LinkedIn.
  • Experience in Campaign Optimization (Generating decisions, scaling up campaigns, manual and automated bidding etc).
  • Expert in Google Search, Display and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modelling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables.
  • Fair understanding of third party web tracking tools like, [Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Optimize]
  • Strong Excel  skills as well as data analysis & problem-solving abilities.
  • Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications.
  • Firm understanding of Remarketing campaigns, landing page designs and CRO.
  • Expertise in setting up multiple audience sets from different B2B  data sources and internal user cohorts.
  • Managed a minimum budget of $100,000 on demand generation / lead capture / brand awareness ads.
