Note: This is a North American sales role.

Role Overview:
As a Manager, Inside Sales at Signeasy, you’ll get the opportunity to oversee a team in the Sales Development organization. You’ll help your team perform and exceed expectations by training, coaching, and mentoring them to drive impactful results. You’ll also partner closely with our Marketing and extended Sales teams to align on integrated campaigns, strategic business initiatives, improve processes, and ultimately generate qualified meetings and pipeline for Signeasy’s Sales organization.


  • Ensure the team meets ongoing goals (conversion rates for Inbound & $ value in pipeline for the Outbound) and generates sales-ready appointments from both Inbound & Outbound activities for our Sales team.
  • Establish and manage processes and reports for tracking call activity, email activity, service levels, communication quality, and other key metrics.
  • Track follow up on daily MQLs, SALs, contact us form submissions, live chat inquiries and other inbound sales-ready leads in a “speed to lead” fashion.
  • Be metrics driven, you’ll continually optimize SDR processes as well as messaging, cadences, and campaigns for optimal results.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to ensure you have adequate lead flow (quantity and quality) to meet goals.
  • Partner with Marketing and Content teams to create scripts, sales plays, training, and email content to ensure high quality / efficient communications.
  • Support BDRs to build an effective outbound process, including prospect list building, outbound campaigns, sales training, and hand-off process from BDR to Account Executives.
  • Lead by example, you’ll play a hands-on role in demonstrating SDR/BDR best practices and providing regular coaching and review.
  • Provide weekly team performance summary; timely and accurate forecast based on a deep understanding of historical trends; each representative’s performance


  • 5-7 years of overall experience in selling B2B solution with 3+ years experience developing teams of SDRs/BDRs, often in the early stages of their career looking for direction, mentoring and motivation, with a track record in hiring, developing and promoting; ideally at a SaaS company
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Clear and direct communication, you aren’t afraid to ask questions to get to the bottom of things, and you have excellent and engaging verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A head for numbers – you are comfortable diving into the metrics and identifying insights to improve the individual, team and overall revenue contribution
