Role Overview:
The sales enablement manager will provide the training, content, processes, practices, and tools needed to support salespeople throughout the buyer’s journey. You will be working collaboratively with sales, marketing, growth team, and other key stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity.

An “average” day might involve:

  • Creating new sales training content
  • Coaching sales reps on key skills and competencies, focusing on talking value provided by features instead of a feature walk-through
  • Leading formal or informal training sessions
  • Implementing a new technology platform – just to name a few activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the planning and implementation of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, and tools to support the sales force.
  • Supports new feature launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solution.
  • Track and analyze the performance of training programs and sales enablement content
  • Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through deal closure
  • Supports inside sales managers in executing effective management techniques and establishing a sales coaching program.
  • Manage and coordinate various sales enablement projects by working closely with RevOps and the marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of technologies, processes, and best practices for sales enablement.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales training and continuous learning (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation).
  • Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and buyer journey alignment.
  • General knowledge of effective hiring and selection practices for sales roles.
  • Strong strategic, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change.
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Expert ability to consult or provide guidance on the sales team’s performance matters to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of direct experience in sales enablement and/or sales training required. Preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
