Description
The Head of Marketing (VP role) for Signeasy will play a critical role to build and execute a global strategy for creating a demand-gen engine through inbound marketing and outbound sales, leveraging PLG-based selling, increasing brand awareness, overseeing product marketing and partner marketing. You will build and manage a high-performing team of product marketers, content writers, brand marketers, and performance marketers. You will be driving our overall marketing strategy with creative flair in a data-informed and insight-driven manner.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy and plan for product marketing and demand-gen for long term
  • Ensure predictable and high-quality signups and leads to support growth objectives of topline revenue
  • Create go-to-market strategies that leverage positive experience and affinity from our single-seat business customers to land multi-seat team/business logos
  • Build, lead and mentor a results-focused and customer-first oriented B2B and SaaS marketers
  • Partner with product and sales teams through the full customer lifecycle from product road mapping, messaging, and launch to customer adoption
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to educate customers for improving usage and enabling expansion using upsell and cross-sell
  • Oversee content and brand marketing efforts including marketing collateral, blogs, videos, webinars, emails, and sales enablement
  • Oversee marketing ops, including analytics and dashboards to measure and track success metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Evangelize our products by increasing awareness and credibility through partner marketing, analyst relations, PR and brand awareness campaigns
  • Oversee the organization’s presence at relevant industry events including speaker, sponsorship, and exhibition opportunities
  • Provide valuable market research -- especially informing our product roadmap and vision up-to-speed on developments in the industry and competition

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing for global products
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team of 10-15 people, preferably for SMB SaaS
  • Wide breadth and depth of experience in demand-gen and/or product marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in driving results
  • Experience in working equally with sales and product teams to build customer journeys that drive long-term retention and expansion
  • Experience with modern marketing automation and data systems
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and be creative at doing things with efficient resources
  • Excellent communication (speaking, presentation, and written) skills
  • Be analytics driven and balanced with creative flair
  • Familiarity with working in cross-functional environments and hybrid teams in global time zones
  • Be willing to roll up your sleeves to step in along with your team
