Role Overview: As the Product Manager - API & Integrations at Signeasy, you will be critical in shaping the future of our API ecosystem and integration capabilities. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for APIs and integrations that enable seamless interactions between Signeasy and other platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for Signeasy’s API and integrations, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and manage the product roadmap for API & Integrations. Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders.

  • Customer Insights: Engage with customers and partners to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to refine the API and integration offerings, ensuring they deliver maximum value.

  • Partnership Development: Identify and build relationships with key technology partners. Drive integration initiatives that enhance Signeasy’s market value proposition.

  • Metrics & Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the API and integration products. Regularly analyze product performance, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to inform decision-making.

  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the API and integrations space. Use this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain Signeasy’s competitive edge.

  • Documentation & Marketplace Management: Ensure API documentation is comprehensive and accessible for developers and partners. To acquire customers, keep the marketplace listing up-to-date with regular reviews and ratings. 

  • Adoption and growth: Ensure high adoption rates for all the integrations among the Signeasy customers and partners and leverage them to acquire and retain customers. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of product management experience, focusing on APIs and integrations. 6+ years of total experience in IT. Experience in a SaaS environment is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and web technologies. Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand complex technical concepts.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Decision-making and collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills and a track record of driving product success.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Being a great storyteller would tilt the scales in your favor. 

  • Customer Obsession: Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
