Role Overview: As a Webflow Developer at Signeasy, you will play a key role in building and evolving our marketing website into a high-converting, performance-optimized experience. You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and copywriters to implement thoughtful design and smooth interactions while ensuring responsiveness and site health. Your contributions will directly impact our brand presence, product education, and lead conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and SEO-friendly web pages in Webflow

• Translate Figma designs into interactive, reusable, and pixel-perfect components

• Work alongside designers, copywriters, and marketers to launch pages that align with campaign objectives

• Implement and optimize HubSpot forms, embed codes, and tracking for seamless lead capture

• Manage animations, micro-interactions, and transitions to enhance user experience

• Maintain and improve overall site performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness

• Share joint responsibility for website conversion rates, experience, and experimentation

• Implement scalable Webflow CMS structures for dynamic content management

• Work with tracking and analytics tools like GA4, VWO, and Clarity to enable data-driven decision-making

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Cursor, etc.) for faster content generation, design variations, and UX enhancements. 

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience building websites with Webflow

• Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience integrating and embedding HubSpot forms, CTAs, and tracking scripts

• Familiarity with Figma and the design-to-development workflow

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and tracking tools like VWO, GA4, etc.

• Experience working with marketing teams and a strong sense of ownership

• Comfort with CMS structures (Webflow and optionally HubSpot CMS)

• Interest or experience in using AI tools to support content, design, or development workflows
