Role Overview:

As Manager - Sales at Signeasy, you’ll get to work hands-on and oversee a team in the Sales organization. You’ll help your team perform and exceed expectations by training, coaching, and mentoring them to drive impactful results. You’ll also partner closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to align on integrated campaigns, and strategic business initiatives, improve processes, and ultimately generate the expected pipeline and revenue to hit the quota for Signeasy’s Sales organization.


  • Generate sales-ready appointments from both Inbound & Outbound activities to meet the goals
  • Ensure the team meets pipeline $ value and revenue goals
  • Establish and manage processes and reports for tracking call activity, email activity, service levels, communication quality, and other key metrics.
  • Track follow-up on daily MQLs, SALs, contact us form submissions, live chat inquiries, and other inbound sales-ready leads in a “speed to lead” fashion.
  • Be metrics-driven, you’ll continually optimize BDR and AE processes as well as messaging, cadences, and campaigns for optimal results.
  • Lead by example, you’ll play a hands-on role in demonstrating best practices and providing regular coaching and review.
  • Support the team to build an effective outbound process, including prospect list building, outbound campaigns, sales training, and hand-off process from BDR to Account Executives.
  • Partner with the Marketing Demand Generation team to ensure you have adequate lead flow (quantity and quality) to meet goals, and work on the new ABM campaigns to drive more leads.
  • Partner with the Marketing Content teams to create scripts, sales plays, training, and email content to ensure high-quality/efficient communications.
  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals


A minimum of 5 plus years of overall experience in selling B2B software sales with 3+ years of experience developing, building and managing teams of BDRs and AEs, often in the early stages of their career looking for direction, mentoring, and motivation, with a track record in hiring, developing, and promoting; ideally at a SaaS company

  • Experience with both inbound and outbound sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Clear and direct communication, you aren’t afraid to ask questions to get to the bottom of things, and you have excellent and engaging verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A head for numbers – you are comfortable diving into the metrics and identifying insights to improve the individual, team, and overall revenue contribution
  • A university Bachelor’s degree or Masters in the field of Business Administration.

This role is full-time and based in Bangalore. Flexibility to work in a global timezone is required.
