Role Overview:

In the role of mid-market Business Development Representative for North America, you will play a vital role in penetrating new accounts and establishing meaningful relationships with diverse contacts across all levels within our target customer segments. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our bottom line, making this position one of paramount importance within our organization. Your daily responsibilities will encompass collaboration with the broader sales team, conducting market research to identify prospective customers and leads, and evaluating these leads by gaining insights into their onboarding approaches.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Mid-Market and Enterprise prospects.
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential prospects aligning with Signeasy’s offerings.
  •  Implement modern qualification techniques to identify Sales Qualified Leads SQLs) to meet our
  • minimum Annual Contract Value ACV targets.
  • Schedule and conduct Discovery meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Execute prospecting activities, including account research and obtaining accurate contact
  • information within the target customer segments.
  • Craft personalized messages to engage key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to learn the discovery process.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company and the critical attributes of the targeted Ideal Customer Profiles ICPs).
  • Meet the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers by conducting
  • detailed needs analyses, customer-centric interactions, and establishing trust-based relationships.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and diligently update the CRM with detailed and precise records of all sales-related activities.

Role Requirements:

  • Over 1-2 years of experience in prospecting or selling SaaS solutions within mid-market/Enterprise.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Management or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of SaaS technologies. Previous sales or sales development experience.
  • ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced inside sales environment.
  • Knowledge of various sales methodologies and solution-selling techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational skills for efficient information collection and delivery.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a willingness to learn about prospective customers.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and share knowledge for the team’s collective success.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication in English.
