Role Overview

We’re looking for a Manager - Tech Partnerships and Alliances who will be responsible for improving the distribution and adoption of Signeasy by developing deep alliances with key partners like Microsoft, Google, Hubspot etc. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, relationship management, collaboration, and analytical capabilities. The candidate is a motivated self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with limited supervision. They will focus on expanding relationships in co-selling and co-marketing with our strategic and emerging partners to drive revenue and adoption metrics and mutual value creation.

You will also develop and enable a new channel of partners and resellers for global expansion in key geo-graphical markets. Your proactive approach, coupled with a foundational knowledge in sales, business development and passion for technology solutions, will be fundamental to fostering our channel partners, especially resellers in Google and Hubspot channel ecosystem. 

This is a high-impact and strategic role, working with the founder and CEO directly.


  • Partnership enablement & development: Initiate, cultivate and manage relationships with partners’ AE/SE's and SIs and resellers to build synergistic partnerships.

  • Cross-collaborate: Work closely with internal functions, especially marketing and sales functions and finance to communicate partner strategies and create go-to-market plans.

  • Partner engagement: Engage with partners through regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and ensure the satisfaction and success of existing partners. 

  • Performance tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of each partnership to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Market analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor alliance strategies, and market opportunities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

  • Training and enablement: Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources of Signeasy’s offerings by coordinating training and enablement sessions.


  • 5-8 years of experience in partner management, partner marketing or business development 

  • Demonstrated success in growing existing partnerships and closing of new partnerships

  • Deep understanding of a partner's GTM motions and channels that drive customer acquisition.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.

This role is full-time and remote in the US [OR] on-site in India. Flexibility to work with colleagues and partners in a global timezone is required.
