What you will do:

  • Assist the Marketing team with various tasks such as market research and lead enrichment.
  • Update and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
  • Organize and consolidate data from multiple sources in Google Sheets.
  • Support the Marketing Operations function with day-to-day activities.
  • Help identify and troubleshoot issues in marketing attribution flows.
  • Support campaign tracking by preparing reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Assist in distributing content across channels (social media, email, website, partner platforms).
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, videos) into short-form assets such as reels, snippets, and how-to videos.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/Google docs (pivot tables, data cleaning, data mapping).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts like buyer personas, lead generation, and funnels.
  • Familiarity with flowchart/diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube) and their content formats.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, adding captions, repurposing clips).
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Good written communication skills

Good to Have (Optional)

  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Interest in SaaS marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Curiosity to experiment with new formats such as reels, carousels, and short-form video content.
  • Previous internship or academic projects related to marketing analytics
